CUSTOMER CARE

The Mushiya Beauty Girls are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and making you happy is indeed our number one priority.  Each item has been cared for by one of our natural hair specialists to ensure its quality before being sent to you. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product, please email us immediately at info@mushiyabeauty.com and one of our Mushiya Beauty Girls will contact you.

 

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please be aware that credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 

 

RETURNS

There are absolutely NO RETURNS on our products but we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange if you believe the product you received is defective within the first 7 days.  To qualify for an exchange you must send an email to info@mushiyabeauty.com within the first 7 days of receipt of your products. Please be aware that before any exchange, store credit or replacement hair is honored, we must receive the product at our facility for quality control inspection. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product is defective. There will be no refunds or exchanges on hair that has been warn, colored, lifted, straightened, permed or chemically altered.

 

EXCHANGES

You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Please note that issues concerning length and colour variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange.  Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each bundle while it is still tied to make sure you are satisfied with the product. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order.

if you change your mind about a product before it is shipped, no problem! You are entitled to an immediate exchange or a store credit. No refund will be issued. 

 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Orders are running on a 3-5 business day processing/production time. Weekends and Holidays do not count. Once shipped, please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order if you are in the United States and 6-10 business days for international orders. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. All international orders must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is your responsibility to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package.
